Our company was intentionally set us as a network to leverage the right skills and capabilities for each project, regardless of whether they are employed by us or not. There’s a core group who work across all projects and we draw specialists from our extensive network when required.
We believe the traditional organisational model is no longer fit for purpose, which is why we do things differently. We have no job titles or departments – instead, we deploy the right person on a project at the right time and in the right way. This enables us to create a team set up which is highly focused and flexible.
We invest our own money into early stage start-ups who we see ‘making revolutions happen’ in their own sectors. We also provide them with mentoring and business consultancy.
Recent investments include Osper, a pre-paid debit card teaching children how to manage their money; Fy, a mobile-first jewellery retailer; and Dressipi, a technology company personalising fashion retail.
We work with disruptive clients both big and small, as well as building strong relationships with the companies in our investment portfolio
